For the first time I met yoga in Moscow, when I came to visit my friend, she taught yoga and suggested that I go with her to classes. From that day, a new world has opened up for me, a world of lightness and freedom, body and mind! Of course, it was not easy for me to repeat all the exercises (asanas) for her, but after the class I felt physical and psychological relaxation, which is so necessary for any person. And then I realized that yoga is exactly what my body needs and what I lacked for my inner harmony! Returning to Kiev, I went to yoga group classes at SportLife. With each lesson I realized that I was not mistaken in my choice. Wanting to develop more in this direction, I went to India for two months, to the Atma-Kutir Ashram, where I immersed myself in my own world and got to know myself and my body, with the rituals of Puja, Areti, chanting mantras, bowing and gratitude to Guruji. In the same place, I passed the test of silence – Vipasana for eleven days to cleanse deeper and reach its source. The next stage of my cultivation in yoga was the seminars and trainings with the guru Zinchenko Anatoly! I took the course “Building Your Body” from him and received a certificate. At the moment I am developing and teaching Hatha Yoga! Welcome to my classes !!!

This increase in popularity, I believe, is logical and not accidental – it’s all a matter of the physical and psychological benefits that yoga brings to man. Analyzing my little experience (12 years of experience) and the experience of many of my acquaintances, I can, hand on heart, say: “This benefit is undoubted and great!”
From early childhood I was professionally engaged in badminton, participated in competitions at the championship of Kiev and Ukraine. Like any sport, badminton gives its effects in health.
Playing in most cases with my left hand (I am left-handed), over time, physiological changes occurred in the posture and uneven development of the back muscles. And as a result – scaliose and with time protrusion in the spine. Turned to medicine; what the doctor said was an operation. I refused outright refused. She began to look for other ways to correct her vertebra, to level her posture and to improve her body. After repeated trips to Asia, and in particular to India, I found the answer – YOGA !!!!
